Vegetarian Chicken(??)

Vegitarian Chicken(??), originally uploaded by Stephen1968.

I've never had this before last night, but it was a crispy chicken skin, stuffed with rice, mushrooms, and other yummy stuff. :)

More like vegetarian-ish!

I used to be vegetarian. Expensive lifestyle to live when you still live at home and everyone eats meat.

i always think its funny when its vegetarian, yet still looks and tastes? like animals.

take tofurkey for example. If you hate turkey that much, just call it something else.

Looks tasty. Though I know a few vegetarians who would beg to differ that it is actually vegetarian friendsly. ;)
